Each month, our roasting team selects a single-origin, specialty-lot coffee—often micro-lots or nano-lots chosen by farmers as their highest-expression harvest. These are the kinds of coffees that define the season, the farm, and the craft—curated to bring you something unique in every bag.
What’s Included
- 200g of freshly roasted whole-bean coffee (≈16 cups at a 1:16 brew ratio).
- Always single origin, always light roast—to highlight terroir, varietal, and processing nuance.
- Flavor notes on every bag + farm/region details online so you can taste along with us.
Freshness & Roasting
- We roast twice a month; subscription orders ship with the first roast of the month.
- Coffees are roasted the Friday before shipping, then shipped within 3–5 business days.
- We recommend enjoying after a short rest—7–14 days post-roast—for peak flavor.

- Whole bean only—we believe grinding fresh makes all the difference.
- We recommend the 1Zpresso ZP6 grinder for the cleanest brews.
- Prefer a particular flavor style? Let us know—while the default is roaster’s choice, we can accommodate.
