Shipping Policy of Fractured Coffee

Welcome to Fractured Coffee! We are dedicated to delivering our freshly roasted coffee to you in the most efficient and reliable way. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures.

1. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

2. Processing Time

All coffee orders are roasted on Fridays and shipped within 2 days after roasting. Orders placed by 10 am EST on Friday will be roasted and shipped that week. Orders received after 10 am EST on Friday will be roasted the following week. Non coffee orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50). This will automatically be applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order's progress.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options are not available at this moment.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

9. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at sales@fracturedcoffee.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
