Kalimaz Guji Micro-Lot Ethiopia is pure luxury in a cup: silky, vivid, and dangerously smooth. Roasted to order in small batches, it opens with juicy watermelon, moves into plush nectarine sweetness, and finishes with decadent milk chocolate. The body is full and creamy, with a lingering, polished aftertaste.
That refinement comes from a careful carbonic-style process. Ripe cherries rest in stainless tanks with CO₂ at low temperatures to lock in aromatics and amplify sweetness, then dry slowly on traditional Ethiopian raised beds for exceptional clarity and consistency.
Brew it as a pour-over for a perfume-like lift, or pull it as espresso for a syrupy, seductive shot.
